Delivered within 2-4 working days by Royal Mail Tracked. During busy Sale periods, delivery may take up to 3-5 working days

UK Express Delivery – £5.95

Order by 5.30pm Monday-Thursday for delivery next working day. Orders placed after 5.30pm Thursday will be delivered on the following Monday.

Returns

If you want to return an item(s) from the Crew Clothing eBay store for a refund, please complete the returns form on your invoice and send your item(s) back to us within 30 days using the returns label provided, make sure to obtain a proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for any delays in your return reaching our warehouse.

Items will need to be returned in an unworn and resalable condition. Please note due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer an exchange or refund on underwear and swimwear, unless they are sealed in their original packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.

You are unable to return products purchased on Crew Clothing eBay store to any of our Crew stores, concessions, franchises or the website.

Please note: exchanges are subject to availability. Where replacement stock is not available a refund will be issued for your item.

Once we have received your return, we will process your refund within 21 days if not sooner.

All refunds will be processed via your Paypal account.
