   dispatch or deliver your order to your alternative address. We suggest

   order.Any non-received items caused by invalid address registered are
   not in our full refund or replacement policy.
2. Your orders will be dispatched  the following working day from Fulfillment service center in UK.
   Weekend orders are sent Monday morning. It usually take 2-3 working
   days for items to arrive within UK but allow up to 5 working days as we
   have no control over the delivery service.

We
will try our best to solve the problem for you via message, if not, we
will offer the RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorisation) number and
return  Address.

IMPORTANT: Once we’ve issued an RMA
number, it’s only valid for 14 DAYS. If we’ve not received the goods
back after 14 days, the RMA number will no longer be valid. It’s
therefore important that you do send the goods back WITHIN 14 days of
the RMA being issued.

Simply package up your parcel and display the RMA number.

We recommend you use the original packaging of the item
to send the item back to us. If that’s not an option, you should choose a
box that is slightly larger than the item to allow for some extra
protection. Whichever option you choose, please ensure that the
packaging is strong enough for the contents and clearly shows

• Your RMA number
• Original order details or parcel label
• Buyer ID
• The reason of return

Please also tell us the tracking number or barcode if there is after you send the item

IMPORTANT: For products with glass screens and LCD screens, before post out,
please take a photo and send it to us, this will be evidence for goods
returned in undamaged.
