We give 1 Month Hardware Warranty on all items. If you need to make a warranty claim within 30 days of purchase, you the customer will have postage costs. The Warranty does not cover battery life.

If you have any issues, Please contact us through EBay. All items that carry a warranty are “Return to Base’. This means “You the Customer” are responsible for sending the item back to us. If we take an item that is unwanted, ordered my mistake, the customer will pay all postage costs. Item should be in original packaging. Please note we don’t give any warranty on Laptop’s Battery Life.
