In order to return an unwanted item, the following criteria must be met:
You must have contacted us in writing within 14 working days of receipt
If the product is computer software or an audio/video recording it must be unopened.
The item must be returned complete with ALL accessories and manuals / guides including free gifts
The item must be in the original box and packaging
It is your responsibility to return the goods to us in a safe and secure manner and at your cost.
If there are any other issues with your order that are not covered above, please contact us within 14 days of delivery
How to Return Goods
Please contact us via M2M(Ebay Message to Message) where applicable include a description of the fault.
will try our best to solve the problem for you via message, if not, we
will offer the RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorisation) number and
IMPORTANT: Once we’ve issued an RMA
number, it’s only valid for 14 DAYS. If we’ve not received the goods
back after 14 days, the RMA number will no longer be valid. It’s
therefore important that you do send the goods back WITHIN 14 days of
the RMA being issued.
Simply package up your parcel and display the RMA number.
We recommend you use the original packaging of the item
to send the item back to us. If that’s not an option, you should choose a
box that is slightly larger than the item to allow for some extra
protection. Whichever option you choose, please ensure that the
packaging is strong enough for the contents and clearly shows

Please also tell us the tracking number or barcode if there is after you send the item
For cheaper postage use 2nd class SIGNED FOR. It would be better for you to keep the postage receipt till the issue is solved
IMPORTANT: For products with glass screens and LCD screens, before post out,
please take a photo and send it to us, this will be evidence for goods
returned in undamaged.
Failing to do this will result completely under your responsibility for any damages when returned to us
Once the goods have been received, we will process your refund/exchange
